Description: Johnson Matthey is a specialty chemicals company with operations in catalysis, precious metals, fine chemicals and process technology. They work with a lot of car manufacturing companies and often have to negotiate long term agreements with long lead times. They were planning a 3 day negotiation course for 2 separate groups (senior and junior sales staff in Asia) in the same location.
Together with a specialised training company we worked on a 3 day programme that addressed the specific challenges each group faced, led the facilitation of the workshop and brought them all together on the last day of the workshop for a Formula One game.
Having the various levels of seniority and a great diversity in terms of nationalities, backgrounds and functions was an excellent extra dimension to the game experience and the team left the workshop very satisfied, giving the highest rating of the 3 days to the game and its impact.
